Glass Pneumatic Trough, 250 x 125 mm is a laboratory vessel used to hold water during gas collection experiments. It provides a stable water reservoir for positioning an inverted gas jar, measuring cylinder or other compatible collection vessel while gas is delivered through laboratory tubing.

In a typical gas collection by water displacement setup, the collection vessel is filled with water and inverted below the water surface inside the trough. It should be placed on a level, stable bench and filled only to the depth required for the selected apparatus.
