Description
The Air Table Pivot Pin for Centre of Table, also known as an air table centre pivot pin, is designed for use with compatible air table systems in physics and mechanics experiments. This pivot pin screws into the centre of the table, providing a central mounting point for approved demonstrations involving rotational motion, circular paths or compatible puck accessories. It is useful for lessons covering low-friction motion, circular motion, force, acceleration, rotational behaviour, momentum and connected-body experiments. The pivot pin can be used with compatible air table accessories, such as a puck joining strip, where a central pivot point is required for the selected experiment.
Users should confirm the air table model, thread fit, pivot position, accessory compatibility and approved experiment method before ordering or use. The pivot pin should be fitted securely before the activity begins. Do not use if the pin is loose, damaged, cross-threaded or incompatible with the air table.
