Description
The Air Table Puck Joining Strip with Pulley Pivot, also known as an air table puck connecting strip, is designed for use with compatible air table pucks during physics and mechanics experiments. This accessory is a flat joining strip with a hole at each end, allowing it to fit over the central pins of compatible air table pucks. The centre hole is designed to fit over a compatible pivot pin, supporting approved demonstrations where linked pucks are used with a central pivot arrangement. It is useful for lessons covering air table motion, low-friction movement, force, acceleration, circular motion, rotational behaviour and connected-body experiments.
The strip allows two compatible pucks to be joined in a controlled arrangement, helping students observe how linked bodies move on an air table surface. Users should confirm puck size, central pin fit, pivot pin compatibility, clearance, air table setup and approved experiment method before ordering or use. The joining strip should be fitted carefully and checked before each experiment. Do not use if the strip is bent, damaged, loose or incompatible with the selected puck system. Keep hands, loose clothing and other objects clear of moving pucks during air table operation.
