Description
The Air Track Stop Block Carrier, Felt Lined, also known as an air track felt lined support carrier, is designed for compatible air track systems used in physics and mechanics experiments. This support carrier is felt lined and is used to carry the heavy cast iron stop block in an approved air track stop block arrangement. The carrier joins to the stop block by suitable screw and nut hardware, helping position the stop block securely during classroom demonstrations. It is useful for laboratories maintaining air track equipment used for motion, velocity, acceleration, dynamics and collision experiments.
The felt lined construction supports controlled contact with the air track setup, helping the carrier sit correctly where the stop block arrangement requires it. Users should confirm the air track model, stop block type, felt lined support fit, screw and nut compatibility, and experiment setup before ordering or use. The carrier should be inspected before each activity. Do not use if the felt lining, body, fixing point or stop block connection is loose, worn, damaged or incompatible.
