Portable pH Meter Kit PH850-MT with LabSen 763 Blade Spear Electrode for Fresh and Frozen Meat, 0 to 14 pH, also known as a meat pH meter kit, is designed for professional direct pH testing of compatible meat and meat product samples. This kit is suitable for fresh meat, frozen meat, processed meat and meat-quality workflows where direct pH measurement is required. It can be used in food QC, production checks, meat processing, education and laboratory testing environments.
The supplied LabSen® 763 Blade Spear pH/Temp Electrode is designed for direct meat pH testing. Its blade spear format helps penetrate compatible meat samples more effectively than a standard glass bulb electrode, making it practical for meat and meat-product testing workflows.
The electrode uses specialised blue gel inner solution, a double-protected junction structure and a long-life reference system. These features support stable measurement and help reduce junction issues during suitable meat sample testing.
The PH850 meter supports 1–3 point pH calibration and automatically recognises pH standards including 1.68, 4.00, 7.00, 10.01 and 12.45. It also includes self-diagnosis, electrode slope display, auto power-off and easy parameter settings for routine operation. The large LCD display shows pH, temperature, stability status and completed calibration indicators. The IP57 waterproof rating, soft silicone case and foldable stand make the meter suitable for handheld field use, production QC checks and benchtop-style laboratory work.
