Description
The Digi-Pak Power Supply, also known as a switched and regulated classroom power supply, is designed for school science laboratories and physics classrooms requiring both general low-voltage outputs and smoother regulated DC output. This unit provides the same style of switched outputs as the school workhorse power supply, with selectable AC and DC outputs from 2 to 12 V for routine classroom circuit activities. In addition to the switched outputs, the Digi-Pak includes a regulated DC output from 1 to 16 V DC, with output current listed up to 3 A maximum. This regulated output provides smooth DC, making it useful for many electronic experiments where a battery-like DC supply is preferred.
The regulated DC output is monitored by a red LED digital display, supporting clearer voltage observation during setup and classroom operation. Regulation means that the selected voltage is designed to remain more stable when the connected load changes.
