Description
Thermostat Control Adjustable Hot Plate is a general purpose laboratory hot plate designed for dependable, controlled heating across routine laboratory, education, research, and scientific applications. Operating on 240V AC with 600 watts of power, the unit features a rectangular 200 × 180 mm high-temperature alloy plate engineered to provide even heat distribution across the working surface, supporting consistent heating performance for a wide range of laboratory procedures.
The integrated thermostat control system allows precise heat adjustment from 50°C to 320°C, with the plate designed to maintain the selected temperature during operation. This controlled heating capability makes the unit suitable for applications requiring stable temperatures, including solution warming, sample preparation, reagent heating, evaporation work, and routine laboratory processing. The adjustable thermostat provides users with practical control over heating conditions, helping support repeatable laboratory results.
Its robust construction and straightforward operation make this hot plate suitable for laboratories, schools, universities, research facilities, and industrial environments requiring reliable day-to-day heating equipment. The high-temperature alloy plate delivers efficient heat transfer for use with common laboratory vessels including beakers, flasks, and other compatible glassware or containers.
Please note that for general boiling of water or similar applications where heat losses must be overcome, plate temperatures approaching approximately 420°C may be required. In these circumstances, a Simmerstat controlled hot plate model is recommended, as it is better suited for achieving higher maximum plate temperatures.
