The LCD Digital Tube Rotator, also known as a programmable rotating mixer, provides gentle and continuous 360° rotational movement for samples contained in compatible sealed centrifuge tubes. Its controlled circular action is suitable for laboratory procedures requiring consistent sample movement without the vigorous agitation generated by high-speed vortex mixing.
The rotator features an adjustable speed range from 10 to 70 rpm, allowing users to select a suitable rotational speed according to the tube format, sample characteristics and laboratory protocol. Speed and operating time are shown clearly on the LCD, supporting convenient monitoring and repeatable operation during routine sample preparation.
An adjustable tilt angle from 0° to 90° allows the position of the rotating disk to be changed according to the required tube orientation and mixing pattern. Combined with continuous 360° rotation, this adjustable configuration supports controlled movement of liquid samples, suspensions and laboratory reagents within compatible centrifuge tubes.
The instrument can operate continuously or with a programmed timer from 1 to 1199 minutes. These operating options make it suitable for procedures requiring uninterrupted rotation as well as defined mixing periods.
