Description
5 Roller Tube Mixer is designed for reliable mixing of laboratory vials, small bottles, blood tubes, and test tubes across a wide range of laboratory applications. Suitable for handling containers of different sizes, the mixer provides flexible sample processing for research, clinical, analytical, educational, and general laboratory environments. Each pair of rollers is capable of supporting loads of up to 1 kg, helping accommodate diverse sample handling requirements.
The mixer incorporates coated aluminium rollers mounted on eccentric drive spindles to create a combined rocking and rolling motion. This dual-action movement promotes thorough mixing and consistent sample agitation across compatible tubes and bottles. For applications requiring an alternative motion profile, parallel roller configurations may also be specified where preferred.
Variable roller speed control from 10 to 60 rpm allows the mixer to support a broad range of laboratory mixing requirements, from gentle rolling of sensitive samples through to more active mixing workflows. The robust sprocket and chain drive system, combined with ball race roller mounting, is designed to deliver smooth, dependable, and trouble-free operation during routine laboratory use.
Engineered for extended operating periods, the 5 Roller Tube Mixer is suitable for continuous unattended operation over many hours, making it a practical choice for laboratories requiring reliable long-duration sample mixing.
Suitable for blood tube mixing, sample preparation, reagent blending, vial rolling, and general laboratory tube agitation applications, this roller mixer provides dependable performance and operational flexibility across day-to-day laboratory workflows.
LabChoice Australia supplies compatible laboratory mixing equipment designed for smooth operation, reliable performance, and practical use across Australian research, analytical, clinical, and educational laboratories.
