Wine pH Test Strips, 2.8–4.4 Range, Plastic Strips, 100 Strip Vial
Wine pH test strips with stated range 2.8–4.4, used to test pH of juice prior to fermentation and also suitable for kombucha tea testing. Notes state that for red wine, activated carbon can be used to reduce colour interference without affecting pH. Strip can be checked using a solution of water and vinegar. Instructions state to remove one strip, dip for 1–2 seconds, then compare with colour chart within 10–15 seconds without allowing pad to dry. Samples with intense colour may affect results.
