This set includes 8 chrome plated tuning forks, supporting classroom comparison of different tones and helping students observe how vibration produces audible sound. The tuning forks are supplied in a foam case, helping keep the set organised, protected and easy to store between lessons or laboratory sessions.
This set is useful for teaching sound waves, frequency, pitch, vibration, resonance, hearing, musical intervals and basic acoustics in physics and general science classes.
