Description
Advanced Digital LED Waterbath range is used across biomedical, life science, and industrial applications, as well as food and wine testing and commercial kitchen cooking techniques such as Sous Vide. Specific uses include sample thawing, bacteriological examinations, warming reagents, coliform determinations, and microbiological assays.
This combined waterbath range includes 7 L, 12 L, 24 L and 50 L capacities, designed for temperature uniformity, safety and reliable laboratory operation. The 7 L, 12 L and 24 L models feature a seamless tank, while the 50 L model provides a large working area for maximum throughput.
All models feature precision digital PID control with a bright dual-line digital LED display showing set and current temperatures. Precision 0.1°C digital operation and simple up and down temperature control buttons support clear, repeatable operation in routine laboratory workflows.
A large concealed submerged heater heats the bath quickly and provides excellent spatial uniformity. The automatic water level sensor cuts power to the heating element when insufficient water is detected before a boil-dry situation is reached, helping improve operational safety.
The tank is constructed from a single piece of food-grade stainless steel with seamless corners for easier cleaning. A user-configurable process over-temperature audible and visual alarm provides added user awareness. Each bath is supplied with a removable stainless steel guard that protects the user from the heating element while also providing a sturdy working platform. The built-in adjustable drain tap is positioned to sit beyond the bench edge for simple and safe bath emptying.
