Description
The PTFE Tubing, Laboratory Grade, High Quality, also known as Teflon tubing, is designed for laboratory and process applications requiring chemically resistant tubing for compatible fluid or gas transfer. PTFE tubing is commonly selected where chemical resistance, fluid purity and low contamination risk are important to the application. This smoothbore white tubing is suitable for transferring compatible chemicals, acids, bases and solvents where PTFE has been approved under the laboratory’s method and operating conditions. The tubing has a listed outer diameter of 12 mm ±0.1 mm and inner diameter of 9.9 mm ±0.1 mm, helping users confirm fitting, connector and system compatibility before ordering.
The listed temperature range is -70°C to +260°C, supporting use across low-temperature and elevated-temperature applications where the complete setup is compatible. This tubing is suitable for school science laboratories, university teaching laboratories, research facilities, chemical laboratories and process environments requiring practical chemically resistant transfer tubing. Users should confirm chemical compatibility, pressure rating, bend radius, fitting size, sealing method, temperature exposure and application suitability before use. Do not use with unsupported pressure systems, incompatible chemicals or unsafe high-temperature arrangements unless the complete setup has been approved for that purpose.
This product is intended for laboratory or educational settings only and should be used under appropriate teacher or laboratory supervision. This item is supplied as 1 m of PTFE tubing only. Fittings, connectors, clamps, pumps, glassware, reaction vessels and additional tubing accessories are not included unless specified separately.
LabChoice Australia supplies Laboratory Grade PTFE Tubing for school science laboratories, university teaching laboratories, research facilities and general laboratory environments requiring practical chemically resistant tubing for compatible fluid transfer workflows.
