Medium Rotary Mixer from LabChoice Australia is designed to provide thorough mixing through an end-over-end mixing action, making it suitable for laboratories that need consistent rotation for flasks, bottles, and test tubes. Its rotary format supports dependable sample mixing where containers need to be rotated securely and evenly during routine laboratory workflows.
The Medium Rotary Mixer can be supplied with optional fittings to accommodate a wide range of container types and sizes. For small bottles and flasks, adjustable 3-prong clamps are suitable, with each clamp able to hold containers from 5 to 70 mm diameter and up to 250 mm long in plastic-coated jaws. For test tubes, the RM4CT 4-sided adapter with spring clips can be used, with clips available for tubes from 1.5 mL to 50 mL. For larger bottles, the UMC2 and UMC3 clamps are best suited.
The rotating bar is mounted with precision ball bearings to support smooth rotation and reliable operation. It is driven by a custom microprocessor-controlled drive system, giving users controlled rotary mixing performance for repeatable laboratory use. The large digital display can show either set speed or actual speed, helping users monitor operation clearly during mixing.
The built-in electronic timer can be set from 0 to 99 minutes or 0 to 99 hours, allowing the mixer to support both short and extended mixing procedures. Memory buttons allow up to 3 speed and time patterns to be stored, making repeated mixing programs easier to run with consistent settings.
