Description
Manifold Kit range is used with compatible dry block heaters for evaporation system applications, including sample preparation for drug development and metabolism, bioresearch, combinatorial chemistry, environmental testing, forensics and toxicology.
This combined manifold kit range includes 4 Way and 12 Way Manifold Kit options suitable for compatible block heaters with 2 or more blocks. The kits are designed for nitrogen blow-down applications and support use with DBH1000D, DBH2000D and DBH4000D Digital Dry Block Heaters.
Each manifold kit includes removable gas needles for easy replacement. The gas needles are made from surgical stainless steel, supporting reliable laboratory use where gas delivery is required across multiple sample positions. Manifolds with stainless steel removable needles are designed to suit standard size blocks and can have from 1 to 30 ports.
Blanking needles are also available when not all outlets are required. Retort stands, sold separately, can be attached to the heater to hold the manifolds. These stands allow height adjustment and clearance, and the manifolds can be easily removed when not required.
A single clamping screw holds the manifold in place. Individual valves are provided on the rear of the heater, allowing control of gas flow to the manifold. Heater blocks and manifolds can also be manufactured to suit most sizes of test tube. Also known as a gassing manifold, sample concentrator, or nitrogen blow down system.
