The Air Track Foot Adjusting Screw with Plastic Head, also known as an air track plastic foot adjustment screw, is designed for compatible later model air track systems. This spare part features a blue plastic knob with metal thread and screws into the compatible plastic foot of the air track. It is used to adjust the height and lateral setting of the foot assembly, helping users level and align the air track before approved physics experiments. This adjustment screw is useful for laboratories maintaining air tracks used for motion, dynamics, acceleration, velocity and collision demonstrations.
