Medium Orbital Shaker Analogue is designed as a reliable everyday laboratory shaker suitable for a wide range of mixing, agitation, and sample preparation applications. Suitable for research, analytical, clinical, educational, and industrial laboratories, the shaker provides dependable orbital motion for routine laboratory workflows involving flasks, bottles, tubes, trays, and other compatible laboratory containers.
Featuring solid state analogue speed control, the unit offers a speed range of 20 to 200 RPM, allowing users to perform gentle mixing through to more vigorous shaking depending on application requirements. Speed adjustment is controlled through a simple front-mounted turn dial, providing easy operation and precise, repeatable speed control during routine laboratory use.
The integrated silent belt drive system is engineered to deliver smooth, quiet, and reliable performance over extended operating periods with minimal servicing requirements. Slow acceleration is incorporated into the drive system to help reduce the risk of sample spillage during start-up, while a motion interrupt safety cut-out provides an additional layer of operational safety.
The supplied non-slip mat is suitable for shaking applications up to 100 RPM and supports secure placement of compatible containers during operation. For higher speed shaking or specialised container retention, a wide range of accessory options is available. These include the AT5 adhesive mat tray, TCT5 tulip clip tray, and RR5 universal rack, providing increased flexibility for different vessel types and laboratory mixing requirements.
