Description
The In-Line Mini DC Voltmeter, also known as a miniature digital voltage meter, is designed for measuring DC voltage directly across points in a circuit. It is suitable for physics laboratories, electronics classrooms, school science departments and supervised practical circuit experiments.
The meter is designed to clip into circuit test points using the supplied alligator clip leads. This makes it useful for hands-on demonstrations where students need to observe voltage without setting up a larger bench meter. The measurement range is stated as ±25 V. The plus or minus polarity indicator helps show DC polarity, making the meter useful for voltage direction demonstrations and circuit behaviour investigations.
The display resolution switches automatically according to the measured voltage level. The supplied details state 0.01 V resolution from 0 to ±5.00 V, and 0.1 V resolution from ±5.1 V to ±25.0 V.
