Description
The Electronic Titrator, also known as a digital laboratory titration system, is designed for electronically controlled titration in analytical, pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental, food testing, petrochemical, metal plating, surfactant and third-party testing laboratories. It supports acid-base neutralisation titration, redox titration, precipitation titration and complexation titration where accuracy, repeatability and traceable operation are required.
Compared with traditional manual burettes, this electronic titration system is designed to make titration easier, faster and more comfortable for routine laboratory users. The titration process is electronically driven and controlled, helping reduce manual influence during dispensing and supporting more stable, standardised laboratory operation.
The system provides a volume range from 0.020 mL to 99.999 mL, with maximum volume per aspiration of 50 mL and minimum operation from 20 µL. The supplied data lists operation from 10 µL to 50.00 mL with up to two decimal place resolution across the available titration sizes, supporting fine control during analytical titration procedures.
The user-friendly intelligent control panel and touchscreen display provide clear operation during titration experiments. Remote titration can also be performed using the dedicated operating handle, helping the user control the titration process without unnecessary disturbance to the instrument or titration setup.
The system supports three liquid discharge modes: single-drop discharge, fixed-volume discharge and manual discharge. It also supports two suction modes: manual suction and fixed-volume suction. These functions allow laboratories to adapt reagent handling according to method requirements, sample behaviour and endpoint control.
Clear and brown windows are supplied as standard. The brown window supports use with photosensitive media such as iodine, potassium permanganate and silver nitrate solutions. Drying tubes are also supplied as standard, and suitable absorbent should be used when handling moisture-sensitive or carbon dioxide-sensitive media.
The built-in valve supports 0 to 90 degree rotation, with rapid exhaust and reagent return functions to support safer and more efficient operation. The product also supports Bluetooth and WiFi functions, with free software available for upstream control. Memory capacity for up to 1000 experimental records supports traceable laboratory data management.
The operating temperature range is 10°C to 30°C, battery capacity is 3500 mAh and quality control is listed against ISO 8655. The supplied parameter line showing 0.1 to 10 mL/s is best treated as liquid delivery speed, as the unit is expressed as volume per second rather than an accuracy value.
The magnetic stirrer shown in product images or application demonstrations is not included in the supply scope and must be purchased separately. Control support is listed for remote operation, including stirrers and titration programmes, when the correct compatible setup is used.
LabChoice Australia supplies this Electronic Titrator for analytical chemistry laboratories, pharmaceutical QC laboratories, food and drug safety testing laboratories, petrochemical laboratories, environmental testing laboratories, metal and plating laboratories, surfactant testing laboratories, third-party testing laboratories, university teaching laboratories and industrial quality-control facilities. It is suitable for acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexation titration, standard solution handling and traceable electronic titration workflows using compatible reagents and validated laboratory procedures.
