Description

The Electronic Bottle-Top Dispenser, also known as a motorised digital bottle dispenser, is designed for controlled reagent dispensing in chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical, environmental, food testing, quality-control and research laboratories. Its digital operation supports repeatable liquid handling directly from compatible reagent bottles while reducing hand fatigue during repeated dispensing tasks.

The dispenser provides a volume range from 0.1 to 99.9 mL, with a maximum piston lift of 10 mL and a resolution of 100 µL. This allows users to select dispensing volumes digitally for routine reagent transfer, solution preparation, titration support, media preparation, buffer dispensing and chemical handling workflows.

A high-quality stepper motor provides smooth aspiration and dispensing. Motor-controlled operation helps improve user comfort compared with repeated manual dispensing, especially where laboratories need to dispense the same reagent across multiple vessels, tubes, flasks or sample containers.

The unit includes sixteen speed levels, allowing the aspiration and dispensing speed to be adjusted according to reagent behaviour, vessel type and laboratory method. Two operating modes are available: continuous dispensing and stepper dispensing. The TFT display module supports simple volume selection and clear operating control. A reagent recovery feature helps return liquid and minimise waste, supporting more efficient handling of valuable or frequently used reagents during daily laboratory operation.
