Rotisserie Accessory, also known as a vertical 15 mL centrifuge tube holder, is designed to accommodate up to 16 compatible 15 mL centrifuge tubes on an LCD digital tube rotator. It provides an organised tube-holding configuration for laboratories carrying out rotational mixing of multiple medium-volume samples.
The vertical 16-place arrangement positions compatible centrifuge tubes within the rotisserie assembly so they move with the rotational action of the connected instrument. This configuration allows multiple tubes to be processed under the same selected operating conditions during a single mixing cycle.
By holding up to 16 tubes at one time, the accessory supports efficient batch handling and can reduce the need for repeated loading cycles. It is suitable for workflows where several 15 mL centrifuge tubes require the same rotational mixing procedure.
The holder may be used for controlled mixing of compatible laboratory samples, reagents and suspensions contained in securely closed 15 mL centrifuge tubes. It is intended for established procedures where continuous or timed rotational movement is appropriate for the sample and method.
