Description
The PTFE Syringe Filters, also known as disposable syringe membrane filters, are designed for compatible laboratory sample filtration before analysis, clarification or transfer. These filters are available in both hydrophilic PTFE and hydrophobic PTFE membrane options, allowing users to select the suitable membrane type for their sample, solvent and filtration method. The listed pore sizes include 0.22 µm and 0.45 µm, commonly used for fine particle removal, sample clarification and preparation before compatible analytical workflows.
The available filter diameters include 13 mm, 25 mm and 33 mm OD as listed, with pack sizes of 100 pieces or 50 pieces depending on the selected option. Hydrophilic PTFE syringe filters are suitable for compatible liquid filtration where wetting and sample flow through the membrane are required. Hydrophobic PTFE syringe filters are suitable for compatible organic solvent, gas venting or air filtration applications where the method allows. Users should confirm membrane type, pore size, filter diameter, housing material, syringe fitting, sample volume, solvent compatibility, chemical compatibility, pressure limit and sterility requirement before ordering or use.
Do not force liquid through a blocked syringe filter, exceed the compatible pressure rating, use with incompatible solvents or apply to hazardous samples unless the complete filtration method has been assessed and approved. This product is intended for laboratory or educational settings only and should be used under appropriate supervision. This item is supplied as the selected PTFE syringe filter pack only. Syringes, sample vials, needles, tubing, membranes holders, PPE, solvents and additional filtration accessories are not included unless specified separately.
