Description
The MCE Syringe Filters, also known as mixed cellulose ester syringe filters, are designed for routine laboratory filtration and sample clarification using compatible syringes. They are suitable for analytical laboratories, research laboratories, environmental testing laboratories, teaching laboratories and general sample preparation workflows. The filter membrane is made from mixed cellulose esters, commonly referred to as MCE. This membrane type supports routine clarification tasks where particles need to be removed from compatible liquid samples before analysis, transfer or further preparation.
The range includes 0.45 µm and 0.8 µm pore size options. The 0.45 µm option is suitable for finer clarification requirements, while the 0.8 µm option can be selected where a larger pore size is appropriate for the sample condition and filtration method.
Diameter options include 13 mm and 25 mm.
