Portable pH/Conductivity Meter Kit PC850 Value Series, 0 to 200 mS/cm, also known as a portable pH and EC meter kit, is designed for professional multi-parameter water testing in field, onsite and routine laboratory environments. This meter is suitable for water treatment, drinking water checks, aquariums, aquaculture, hydroponics, greenhouse applications, pools, spas, education, environmental monitoring and beverage-making workflows where pH and conductivity-based testing are required.
The PC850 supports measurement of pH, conductivity, TDS and temperature using compatible electrodes. ORP measurement is also available in mV mode when used with the optional 301Pt-C ORP probe, sold separately. For calibration, the meter recognises pH standards including 1.68, 4.00, 7.00, 10.01 and 12.45, along with conductivity standards including 84 µS, 1413 µS, 12.88 mS and 111.8 mS. The self-diagnosis function helps guide users through common calibration issues.
The supplied 201T-F pH electrode includes a lithium glass membrane, built-in temperature sensor and detachable sensor shield to help protect the glass membrane from accidental damage. The supplied 2301T-S conductivity electrode uses a platinum black conductivity cell with K = 1 cell constant and built-in temperature sensor.
Users can customise pH standard series, pH resolution, stability criteria, temperature unit, conductivity cell constant, reference temperature, temperature compensation coefficient and TDS conversion factor. This makes the PC850 practical for controlled water-quality testing procedures.
The large LCD display shows measurement status clearly, including stability icon, finished calibration icons and simultaneous temperature display. The foldable stand supports benchtop-style use, while the IP57 water-resistant structure and rubber sleeve help protect the meter during field handling.
