An oil and water separator receiver apparatus is designed for efficient phase separation and collection of immiscible liquids during distillation, extraction, and essential oil recovery processes. The separator receiver allows condensed distillate to flow into a calibrated separation chamber where oil and aqueous phases naturally separate by density.
