Portable pH Meter Kit PH850-MS with LabSen 243-6 Electrode for Test Tubes and Small Samples, 0 to 14 pH, also known as a semi-micro pH meter kit, is designed for pH measurement in small liquid samples and narrow vessels. This kit is suitable for test tubes, semi-micro samples, small-volume liquid testing, education, laboratory QC and research workflows where sample volume is limited and a standard-size pH electrode may not be practical.
The supplied LabSen® 243-6 glass pH/Temperature Electrode has a 6 mm diameter and 100 mm length, making it suitable for narrow containers and smaller test volumes. The supplied information lists use for semi-micro samples above 0.2 mL, with testing down to 60 µL when used with the included semi-micro container.
The electrode uses a blue gel inner solution, low-resistance glass membrane and long-life reference system. These features support stable pH measurement in small-volume workflows where electrode response and correct immersion are important. The PH850 meter supports 1–3 point pH calibration and automatically recognises pH standards including 1.68, 4.00, 7.00, 10.01 and 12.45. It also includes self-diagnosis, electrode slope display, auto power-off and easy parameter settings for routine laboratory operation.
The large LCD display shows pH, temperature, stability status and completed calibration indicators. The IP57 waterproof rating, soft silicone case and foldable stand make the meter suitable for handheld use and benchtop-style laboratory measurement.

Users should follow correct calibration, rinsing, soaking and electrode storage procedures to support stable readings and electrode service life. For small-volume samples, correct immersion depth and careful handling are especially important to avoid unstable readings or electrode damage.
