IEC digital trainer panel with non-removable components for teaching basics of digital electronics. Rectification, filtering, regulation, oscillators and transistors are briefly studied before applying basic logic gates. Experiment book leads students through building circuits using AND, OR, NAND, NOR and NOT gates. More advanced gates and counting circuits are built from the basic gate functions. Runs from any 12 V AC or DC power supply. Clear cover protects the system during storage and provides a convenient tray for the connection cables provided.

Experiment book leads students through designing and building working systems. Runs from a 12 V plug pack or any 12 V AC or DC power supply. IEC demonstration gates trainer for learning functions of digital gates using overlays and class facing display. An overlay is fitted to the panel and the panel is held up facing the class. Students predict the outcome of input combinations on the output of the gate while the teacher manipulates slide switches on the rear side of the panel to operate the gates. LEDs show through the overlay to indicate results. The overlay and expected results and LEDs are visible to the teacher to help confirm outcomes. When used hands-on, students can test one another until functions of the gate types are understood. Supplied with 6 overlays.
