Two circular motion teaching kit options for centripetal force experiments. Choose the modern mini electric circular motion kit with speed control, designed as a compact classroom system intended to be safer and to produce more convincing results than the older outdoor style method. Or choose the traditional PSSC cord and washers kit, supplied with a low friction glass handle and cord based parts set for classic circular motion demonstrations.
Modern circular motion kit described as a new classroom method intended to provide more accurate and convincing results than the older PSSC style approach that uses washers spun in a large circle outdoors. Compact design described as much safer and fun to use, includes speed control as stated in the supplier title.(see LC-80-MF0850-001)
Traditional PSSC circular motion or centripetal force system normally performed outdoors. Kit consists of a glass handle described as low friction and a cord with weights as metal washers, plus paper clip, rubber stopper, wood dowel and an alligator clip. Supplier note refers to MF0848-001 for a better system and improved accuracy.
