Portable pH Meter Kit PH850-DP with LabSen 823 Electrode for Liquid Food and TRIS Buffers, 0 to 14 pH, also known as a liquid food pH meter kit, is designed for professional pH measurement in compatible liquid food, protein-containing liquid, biotech and pharmaceutical sample workflows. This kit is suitable for milk, buttermilk, cream, yogurt, sauces, jam, soup and other compatible liquid foods. It is also suitable for selected biotech and pharmaceutical samples where TRIS buffer compatibility and protein-sample handling are important.
The supplied LabSen® 823 glass 3-in-1 pH/temperature electrode is designed for liquid food and protein-containing liquid applications. It uses a blue gel inner solution and Protelyte outer electrolyte to support stable measurement in samples where proteins may contribute to junction clogging.
The electrode also includes a silver-ion-trap reference system, designed to help reduce junction problems caused by sulfides, proteins and TRIS buffer solutions. This makes the kit a practical choice for users working with dairy, food QC and compatible laboratory buffer systems.
The PH850 meter supports 1–3 point pH calibration and automatically recognises pH standards including 1.68, 4.00, 7.00, 10.01 and 12.45. It also includes self-diagnosis, electrode slope display, auto power-off and easy parameter setting for routine operation. The large LCD display shows pH, temperature, stability status and completed calibration indicators. The IP57 waterproof rating, soft silicone case and foldable stand make the meter suitable for handheld field use, production QC checks and benchtop-style laboratory operation.
