Description
The IEC variable speed air source is a compact mains-operated blower designed for linear air tracks and air tables. Adjustable speed control allows the airflow to be set to suit the required level of lift for different experiments. Running the blower at lower speed also reduces operating noise, supporting quieter classroom demonstrations compared with improvised airflow sources.
Air intake is positioned on the upper face below the carry handle to reduce the chance of drawing debris from the floor. A strainer is fitted to help prevent unwanted particles from being drawn into the blower, and a second strainer helps prevent particles from entering the outlet orifice. Supplied complete with a flexible hose for connection to air track or air table systems.
