Description
The PVC Coated Flask Weight Rings, also known as laboratory flask stabilising rings or flask sinker rings, are designed to add stabilising weight to compatible laboratory flasks during approved laboratory use. These rings are PVC coated as listed, helping provide a protective outer surface for routine handling with compatible glassware. Users should confirm chemical, temperature and cleaning compatibility before use. The range includes multiple internal diameter and weight options, allowing laboratories to select a suitable ring based on the flask size, flask shape and application requirement.
The 56 mm ID option is listed as blue, with an approximate weight of 0.45 kg, an outside diameter of 105 mm, and suitability for 250 mL to 1000 mL flasks as listed. The 48 mm ID option is listed with an approximate weight of 0.22 kg and outside diameter of 90 mm. The 61 mm ID and 74 mm ID options are listed with approximate weights of 0.68 kg and 0.91 kg respectively. These flask weight rings are useful in school science laboratories, university teaching laboratories, research facilities and general laboratory areas where compatible flasks need additional stability during handling or approved setup work.
