Description
The Four-Sided Combination Test Tube Rack, also known as a universal combi rack or rotating multi-size tube rack, is designed to hold a variety of laboratory tube sizes in one practical rack format. The rack may be rotated to any of its four positions, allowing users to select the correct side for the tube type being used during laboratory preparation, sample handling or classroom practical work. One side holds 40 × 12 mm tubes, with a listed hole diameter of 13 mm. Another side holds 8 × 50 mL capacity tubes, with a listed hole diameter of 30 mm.
The rack also includes a 24-place side for 15 mL capacity tubes, with a listed hole diameter of 17 mm, and a 20-place side for 20 mm tubes, with a listed hole diameter of 21 mm. This combination layout is useful where laboratories handle different tube formats and need one rack for flexible tube support, sorting, storage or temporary bench placement. Users should confirm actual tube outer diameter, tube height, tube shape, fill volume, temperature exposure, chemical compatibility and cleaning method before ordering or use. Do not overload the rack, use cracked or unstable tubes, or move the rack roughly when tubes are filled with liquids or samples.
Where tubes contain chemicals, biological material or hot liquids, follow approved PPE, handling and disposal procedures. This product is intended for laboratory or educational settings only and should be used under appropriate supervision. This item is supplied as the selected four-sided combination test tube rack only.
