Description
The PTFE Magnetic Stir Bar Retriever for Laboratory Stir Bars, also known as a PTFE magnetic stirring rod or magnetic stir bar removal rod, is designed for retrieving magnetic stir bars from compatible laboratory vessels after stirring or mixing procedures. This retriever helps users collect magnetic stir bars, magnetic needles or compatible stir bars without needing to reach directly into the vessel, supporting cleaner and more controlled sample handling. The PTFE construction provides chemical resistance for many compatible laboratory applications, making the retriever suitable for use with a range of laboratory liquids where PTFE material compatibility has been confirmed.
The magnetic end assists in attracting and lifting stir bars from beakers, flasks, reaction vessels and other suitable containers used in routine laboratory work. Listed length options include 300 mm, 600 mm and 900 mm, allowing users to select a suitable size for vessel depth, working distance and laboratory handling requirements.
