Description
PETG Erlenmeyer Flask Baffled Bottom, Sterile USP Class VI Shaker Type is designed for sterile shaker applications where clean handling, reliable material quality and efficient mixing support are required. Manufactured in a 100K cleanroom environment from USP Class VI PETG material, the flask provides excellent optical clarity and mechanical strength for routine laboratory, research and controlled preparation workflows.
Each flask is sterilized by gamma irradiation per ISO 11137-2 with a sterility assurance level of SAL 10-6. The sterile format, combined with RNase/DNase-free, noncytotoxic and nonpyrogenic properties, supports controlled laboratory use where contamination control and material safety are important. Molded graduations allow quick reference measurement and clear visibility during preparation, handling and shaker operation.
The baffled bottom design supports shaker-based mixing workflows where greater liquid movement may be required compared with plain bottom formats. A scalable size range from 125 mL up to 3 L allows laboratories to mix and match different flask sizes within a shaker, helping improve space efficiency and workflow flexibility. The flask is also available in individually packaged EZ-Tear sterile bags for immediate use.
An optional vented cap with a hydrophobic 0.2 μm PES filter allows continuous gas exchange while helping maintain sterility and prevent leakage. LabChoice Australia supplies sterile PETG baffled Erlenmeyer flasks for laboratories seeking cleanroom-manufactured, USP Class VI shaker flask solutions for reliable daily use.
