Description
UV-Vis Quartz Cuvette with Lid for Spectrophotometry is designed for accurate liquid sample measurement in UV-visible spectrophotometers. Manufactured from optical quartz, this cuvette provides excellent light transmission across the UV and visible wavelength range, making it suitable for absorbance, transmittance, concentration and wavelength scanning applications where clear and repeatable readings are required.
The 10 mm path length supports standard spectrophotometric analysis, while the 3.5 mL nominal volume is suitable for routine laboratory sample testing. The supplied lid helps protect the sample from dust, airborne contamination and evaporation during measurement, supporting cleaner handling and improved sample integrity. This makes the cuvette practical for laboratories working with small-volume samples, sensitive solutions or routine analytical workflows.
This UV-Vis quartz cuvette is commonly used for testing aqueous solutions, chemical reagents, calibration standards, biological samples, DNA and protein samples, dyes, environmental water samples and quality control solutions. Quartz construction allows analysis at lower UV wavelengths where standard glass or plastic cuvettes may not be suitable, making it a preferred choice for UV-Vis spectrophotometry.
The polished optical faces support consistent light passage through the sample, helping laboratories achieve reliable measurement results during research, education, quality control and analytical testing. The cuvette is suitable for use in pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology laboratories, environmental testing, food and beverage analysis, chemical testing, water analysis and general laboratory spectroscopy.
LabChoice Australia supplies UV-Vis Quartz Cuvettes with Lid for laboratories requiring dependable optical clarity, accurate spectrophotometric measurement and practical sample protection during UV-visible analysis.
