PETG Erlenmeyer Flask Flat Bottom, Sterile USP Class VI Cleanroom Shaker Type is designed for clean, reliable and space-efficient shaker workflows in laboratory, research and cell culture preparation environments. Manufactured in a 100K cleanroom environment from USP Class VI material, the flask provides excellent optical clarity and mechanical strength, supporting clear sample visibility and dependable handling during routine laboratory use.
Each sterile flask is sterilized by gamma irradiation per ISO 11137-2 with a sterility assurance level of SAL 10-6. The flask is RNase/DNase-free, noncytotoxic and nonpyrogenic, making it suitable for controlled laboratory applications where cleanliness, sterility and material quality are essential. Molded graduations provide quick visibility and reference measurement during preparation and handling.
The scalable size range from 125 mL up to 3 L allows users to mix and match different flask sizes within a shaker, improving space efficiency and workflow flexibility. Plain bottom and baffled bottom options are available in every size, giving laboratories a practical choice based on mixing requirements. The flask is also available in an individually packaged EZ-Tear bag, sterilized for immediate use.
An optional vented cap with a hydrophobic 0.2 μm PES filter supports continuous gas exchange while helping maintain sterility and prevent leakage.
