Description
The OIML M1 Calibration Weights, also known as M1 class balance and scale calibration weights, are reference masses designed for routine weighing verification, scale checking and general calibration support workflows. These calibration weights are manufactured to OIML M1 class requirements and are suitable for applications where standard weighing checks, internal verification and routine quality control procedures are required. They are commonly used with compatible balances, bench scales, platform scales and industrial weighing systems.
The available capacity range extends from 1 g through to 20 kg, allowing users to select suitable nominal masses for different weighing instruments and verification points. This range supports smaller laboratory balance checks as well as higher-capacity scale verification tasks. The weights feature rugged stainless steel construction for durability during routine laboratory and industrial use. Stainless steel helps support long-term handling performance and is practical for environments where weights may be used regularly for scale checking and verification. The M1 class density is listed as 7.9 g/cm³. This provides consistent physical characteristics across the range and supports dependable use as a routine mass reference in compatible weighing procedures.
Individual weights include an impact-resistant plastic case to help protect the selected weight during storage and transport. Where weight sets are supplied, they are placed in a lined aluminium box with forceps and a white cotton glove where applicable. These M1 calibration weights are suitable for school laboratories, university teaching spaces, quality control areas, warehouses, production facilities, maintenance departments, packaging areas and general industrial weighing environments. Users should confirm the required OIML class, calibration certificate requirement, traceability documentation, storage format, balance readability, scale capacity and internal verification procedure before purchase or use. This item is supplied as the selected OIML M1 calibration weight only. Balance, scale, calibration certificate, forceps, gloves, storage case and additional accessories are not included unless specified separately.
LabChoice Australia supplies OIML M1 Calibration Weights for school laboratories, university teaching spaces, QC laboratories, production facilities, warehouses, industrial weighing areas and routine scale verification workflows requiring durable reference weights for compatible weighing instruments.
