Description
The Glass Tube Connector, Y Shape, also known as a Y-shaped glass tubing connector, is designed for joining compatible flexible tubing in laboratory and educational apparatus setups. This connector has a listed 7 mm OD, making it suitable for compatible tubing where the internal diameter, grip and flexibility match the glass connector dimensions. The Y-shaped format is useful for splitting one compatible tubing line into two pathways or combining two lines into one, depending on the approved laboratory setup.
The supplied dimensions list an overall length of 100 mm, with each Y branch measuring 50 mm and the stem measuring 50 mm. This connector can be used in suitable air, gas or liquid transfer demonstrations where the complete apparatus, tubing, chemical compatibility and pressure conditions are appropriate. Users should confirm tubing inner diameter, connector OD, Y-shape layout, chemical compatibility, liquid or gas type, pressure condition and full apparatus setup before use.
