Cloud demonstration equipment for classroom and laboratory teaching, including a pressure release cloud bottle with temperature strip, and a cold plate cloud chamber that allows radiation tracks to be observed without dry ice or liquid nitrogen. Supplied information includes required consumables and operating time details where stated.
Easy cloud demonstration. Add a few drops of water inside the bottle and add pressure. When the lid is lifted, a cloud forms inside the bottle. A thermometer strip records temperature changes during the demonstration. Due to availability of materials, the look of the bottle and cap may vary, this does not affect performance as stated. Our products are for use in laboratory or educational settings only, use under appropriate supervision.
Cloud chamber using a specially designed cold plate, stated to require no dry ice or liquid nitrogen. Cold plate is stated to retain a low temperature for about one hour after freezing in a standard freezer. Radiation tracks can be observed for about 20 minutes until ethanol is vaporised in a room at 25°C as stated. Cold plate can be used repeatedly by freezing again. Consumables stated are ethanol (99.5%) and hot water (~50°C). Detailed instruction guide included.
