Premium Pocket Spear pH Tester Kit PH60S for Food, Solid and Viscous Samples, -2.00 to 16.00 pH, also known as a spear pH tester kit, is designed for direct pH measurement in compatible food, solid, semi-solid and viscous sample workflows. This kit is suitable for cheese, meat, fruit, dough, sushi rice, jam, sauces, yogurt, skincare products and other compatible thick or semi-solid samples. It is useful for quality control, food testing, product development, education and routine laboratory checks where direct sample testing is required.
The spear-style pH electrode allows users to test suitable samples directly without preparing a slurry, depending on the sample type and testing method. This helps simplify pH measurement in workflows where ordinary bulb-style probes may not provide practical sample contact.
The replaceable sensor design helps extend the usable life of the tester body. When the spear probe reaches end of service life, users can replace the sensor rather than replacing the complete tester.
The tester supports 1–3 point automatic calibration with automatic buffer recognition and automatic temperature compensation. The large 3-colour backlit display provides pH and temperature readings with stable reading and completed calibration indicators.
The high / low reading alarm uses a red screen alert when measurements exceed preset limits, helping users identify values that may need attention during QC or process checks.

Warranty
The instrument is covered for defects in material and workmanship for two years, while the probe is covered for six months from delivery, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
The limited warranty does not cover issues caused by accidental damage, improper use, normal wear and tear, transport, storage, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorised maintenance, unauthorised modification, unauthorised repair, incompatible use with other products or materials, abuse, accidents or external causes beyond reasonable control.
