Straight splash head adapter is designed to minimise liquid carryover and suppress splashing during boiling, reflux, and distillation processes, helping protect condensers and receiving vessels from contamination. Manufactured from high quality LabChoice BORO 3.3 glass, the adapter delivers excellent thermal stability, low thermal expansion, and strong chemical resistance in line with ISO 3585 and ASTM E438 Type I laboratory glassware standards.
The straight through configuration allows vapours to rise smoothly while interrupting entrained droplets, foam, and sudden surges from the boiling flask. This improves separation efficiency and helps maintain cleaner vapour pathways throughout the distillation assembly.
