Polypropylene Carboys with Caps, Leakproof Sterile Laboratory Storage and Transport Type are designed for secure liquid storage, handling and transport in laboratories, research facilities, quality control areas and production support environments. The polypropylene construction provides a practical storage format for workflows that require durable containment, easy handling and reliable closure performance.
These sterile carboys are available with sterility assurance level 10-6 as per ISO 11137, supporting controlled laboratory applications where sterile supply and contamination reduction are important. An E&L, Extractables and Leachables, profile is also available for laboratories that require additional material suitability documentation. Individually laser printed graduations with lot number marking support quick visual volume checking and improved traceability during routine use.
The leakproof polypropylene closure with silicone gasket helps maintain secure containment during storage and transport. Continuous semi-buttress threads on the bottle and closure support reliable cap engagement, while the integrated shoulder handle makes carrying easier. A stable base and curved inner bottom corners support practical daily use and easier cleaning. Unique serial numbering can also be provided based on customer requirements for easy product identification.
