Description
The PET Roller Bottle, Gamma Sterile, Human DNA Free, Non-Pyrogenic, Cell Culture Grade, Sterile is designed for reliable cell culture workflows where sterility, clean manufacturing, secure sealing, and consistent growth surface performance are essential. Manufactured in a Class 100K clean room using USP Class VI material, this roller bottle supports controlled laboratory handling for research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life science, and cell culture applications.
Each bottle is in-house gamma sterile with a sterility assurance level of SAL 10⁻⁶, providing dependable sterile performance for sensitive cell culture work. The bottle is certified DNase free, RNase free, and Human DNA free, helping reduce contamination-related risks during cell growth, sample preparation, and laboratory processing. Its non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic quality makes it suitable for workflows where material safety and cell compatibility are important.
The roller bottle is leakproof tested at 715 mmHg, supporting secure liquid containment during handling, incubation, rolling, and storage. Polypropylene caps provide better grip and stability, helping users open, close, and manage bottles more confidently during routine laboratory work. Printed graduations allow quick user visibility, making it easier to monitor working media volume and manage culture preparation efficiently.
With a cell growth surface area of 850 cm² and a working media volume range from 170 mL to 350 mL, this PET roller bottle supports scalable cell culture applications where larger surface area and controlled media handling are required. Supplied by LabChoice Australia, it is a strong choice for laboratories seeking a sterile, gamma-treated, Human DNA free, non-pyrogenic, and cell culture grade roller bottle for dependable cell growth workflows.
